Caroline Berg

  • Chief Executive Officer

Caroline is CEO since January 2025 and has been a Board Member since 2014 (Board Chair between 2015 and January 2025). Caroline is also Board Member of Axfood and Axel Johnson International. Caroline is Board Chair of the Axjoma Foundation, Axel and Margaret Ax:son Johnson Foundation, the Erik and Göran Ennerfelt Foundation and Stiftelsen Järvaveckan. Between 2006 and 2014, Caroline was Director of Human Development and Communications at Axel Johnson.

Camilla Wideroth

Camilla has worked within the Group since 2009, first at Axel Johnson International and then at Axel Johnson as Head of Group Financial Control. Prior to that, she worked at KPMG for 15 years, first as an accountant and then as a consultant in connection with the implementation of IFRS in listed companies. Camilla studied international business and economics at Linköping University. Board positions: Chairman of the Board for Martin & Servera and Novax. Board Member of Axel Johnson International.

David Salsbäck

David started at Axel Johnson in 2019 after previously serving as Head of Communications for the Bonnier Group. Prior to that, he worked at the communications agency JKL in Stockholm and Brussels. David has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, with a specialization in economics. Board positions: Board Member of Axfoundation.

Hanna Graflund Sleyman

Hanna Graflund Sleyman started working at Axel Johnson in 2023, driving the agenda for innovation and implementation of emerging technologies in the group. Hanna has a long experience from a career in retail and management consulting. Hanna has had roles such as CEO of KICKS Group, Commercial manager for Amazon Sweden, Executive Director Asia Pacific for Daniel Wellington, CEO Departments & Stores (NK), as well as strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company. Hanna has a degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. Board positions: Board Member of Dustin and Rugvista.

Jacob Wall

Jacob joined Axel Johnson in 2015. He was previously a partner and advisor at ABG Sundal Collier and, prior to that, Senior Vice President and co-founder of Alcur hedge fund, and spent nine years as equity analyst at ABG Sundal Collier and Alfred Berg. He studied financial management, economic history and political science at Stock-holm University and Uppsala University. Board positions: Board Member of Novax, Otovo, Elon and New Moon.

Pernilla Oldmark

Pernilla joined Axel Johnson in 2024 and most recently came from the role as Head of Northern Europe at the global customer service company Transcom. Before that, she was the Commercial Director at Cabonline, and before that, she held several different leadership roles at Tele2, including as Marketing and Communications Director. Board positions: Board Member in Martin & Servera and Söderberg & Partner Wealth Management.

Marie Ehrling

  • Board Chair and Member of the Board since 2012

Marie is Board Chair and has been a Board Member since 2012. Marie is Board Chair of Disruptive Pharma and Board Member of Axel Johnson International, Wisory Advisory Board and the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). Previously, Marie served as Board Chair of Telia Company and Securitas and President of Telia Sonera Sweden. She previously worked for the SAS Group for 20 years in various roles, including as Head of SAS Airlines. She has an honorary doctorate from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Antonia Ax:son Johnson

  • Member of the Board since 1982

Antonia has been a Member of the Board since 1982. Antonia is Board Chair of Axel Johnson Holding, and a Member of the Board of Axel Johnson Inc., Axfast, the Axel and Margaret Ax: son Johnson Foundation, the Axel and Margaret Ax: son Johnson Foundation for Public Welfare and founder and Member of Axfoundation. Antonia is also founder and Board Chair of Lövsta Stuteri and holds honorary doctorates from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and Middlebury College. in the U.S.

Tomas Franzén

  • Member of the Board since 2018

Tomas is Board Chair of Dustin, TietoEvry, Elajo and Pamica Group, among others, and a Board Member of Martin & Servera, Thunderful Group and Liljedahl Group, and a range of other companies. He was CEO of Bonnier AB in 2014–2018 and before that CEO of Com Hem and Eniro.

Jonas Samuelson

  • Member of the Board since 2018

Jonas has been a Board Member since 2018. Jonas is Board Chair of Axel Johnson International, Rosti AB and Board Member of Volvo Cars. Jonas has been President and CEO of Electrolux between 2016-2024 and has previously held leading roles at SAAB Automobile and General Motors, among others.

Alexandra Mörner

  • Member of the Board since 2005

Alexandra has been a Member of the Board since 2005. Alexandra is Board Chair of the Axfoundation and of Altocumulus Asset Management’s investment board. She is also a member of several boards within the Axel Johnson Group, including Axel Johnson Inc., and has been since the mid 1990s. She was previously head of Axstore’s Retail Chains and before that Investment Manager at Novax.

Björn Annwall

  • Member of the Board since 2022

Björn has been a Member of the Board since 2022. Björn has served as Chief Commercial Officer & Deputy CEO of Volvo Cars since 2022. Prior to that, he held several leading positions within Volvo Car Group, including CFO, head of EMEA and Senior VP for Marketing, Sales and Service. Before joining Volvo, he was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co.

Mia Brunell Livfors

  • Member of the Board since 2023

Mia has been a Member of the Board since 2023. Before that she was CEO of Axel Johnson between 2015-2023 and prior to that, she was an advisor and Board Member of the company. Prior to Axel Johnson she held various positions at Kinnevik for 22 years, the last eight of which she served as CEO of Investment AB Kinnevik. Mia is also Board Charit of Axfood and Board Member of Dustin, Efva Attling Stockholm AB and Eutelsat Group.

Frida Antbrink

  • Member of the Board since 2022, Alternate since 2019

Frida has been a Member of the Board since 2022 and Alternate since 2019. Frida is employed by Hemköp and is Employee Representative for the Commercial Employees’ Union. She is also Employee Member of Hemköp’s Board and alternate Employee Member of Axfood’s Board.

Anders Helsing

  • Member of the Board since 2018

Anders has been a Member of the Board since 2018. Anders is employed by Axfood IT AB and is Employee Representative from Unionen. He is also an Employee Member of Axfood’s Board of Directors.

Rasmus Tallén

  • Member of the Board since 2000, Alternate since 1999

Rasmus has been a Member of the Board since 2000 and Alternate since 1999. Rasmus is employed by Martin & Servera and is Employee Representative for the Commercial Employees’ Union. He is also Employee Board Member of Martin & Servera, Board Chair of the Commercial Employees’ Union Stockholm and Board Member of the Swedish Trade Union Confederation District in Stockholm as well as a representative to the national organization.
