ApoEx Divests Private Care Unit to Tamro

ApoEx AB is divesting part of its business – Private Care (ApoEx PV AB) – including its offering in aesthetic care, dental care, veterinary care, and private healthcare, as well as the digital ordering platform Care, to Tamro, Sweden’s leading pharmaceutical distributor.

Through smart ordering systems, rapid deliveries, and specialized products, ApoEx Private Care offers tailored solutions that ensure efficient and safe care at every stage. The transaction is a strategic initiative aimed at accelerating growth, diversifying the service portfolio, and further strengthening the customer offering.

The completion of the transaction is subject to customary approvals and is expected to take place during the summer.
